Launch

On 16 November 2021, the British Academy announced the recipients of the research grants for the COVID-19 recovery program. STRIVE was selected together with six other projects. Each one of these projects explores cultural, social and political aspects of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in one of the G7 countries.


Questionnaire

On 26 November 2021, the questionnaire has gone live.

Report Launch | BSR 11 April 2022

A summary of the project findings were presented at the British School at Rome on Monday 11 April 2022. An edited version of the main presentations of the day will be made available on this website in May 2022. 

STRIVE at INMP | 13 April 2022

The project findings were presented at the Italian  National Institute for Health, Migration, and Poverty (NIHMP) in Rome on Wednesday 13 April 2022. The event entitled "La mediazione interculturale nei servizi sanitari” (Intercultural mediation in healthcare services)  was organized by the ICARE project. STRIVE PI presented the findings of STRIVE's interviews and preliminary findings of the language maps. 

Collaboration with the SaMiFo Centre | 1 October 2022

In October 2022,  STRIVE members Ciribuco and Federici began a collaboration with the Centro SaMiFo (Centre for Forced Migrants' Health). Together with Dott.ssa Micol Maggio Tummiolo of Samifo, endorsed by Samifo's Director Dr. Giancarlo Santone, we are collecting additional data through the questionnaire on vaccination hesitancy. A short summary of findings will be published and made available through this website in 2023
